[Toqua OA Chapter] OA Chapter Meeting...Thurs, Mar. 27th

Attention Arrowmen,

This is an early reminder of this week’s OA meeting. It will be held at
CONCORD UNITED METHODIST CHURCH FROM 7:00 PM UNTIL 8:30 PM (see below for
a map).  Afterwards, we will enjoy the best food in West Knox at Sam &
Andy's!!!!!  

THIS WILL BE A BUSINESS MEETING!!  So, please be prepared to give
committee reports (if you are a chairman).  Also, everyone please attend
in BSA Class A Uniform (BSA pants and socks are preferred, as well). 

Please call me, if you have something you would like to include with the
agenda. This is an attempt to shorten the meeting time.  Join us for Drum
and Dance practice after the meeting.  Now is a great time to become
active in the Order! 

Toqua T-Shirts will be available for $8 each.  (Sizes: small, medium,
large, and X-large)  
Contact Joseph Stombaugh to reserve your shirt today. 

Remember... Spring Fellowship is THIS weekend at Camp Buck Tom's.  Some
of us will practice for ceremony evaluations after our meeting Thursday. 
ALL Arrowmen are encouraged to attend this event.  We always have a great
weekend in Fun, Food, & Fellowship.
