toqua arrowmen -
 
forwarded herewith is a lodgenews digest.  probably you got it,  too.  read 
it, but let me emphasize a few things:
 
*monday, January 28th is the last day you can register for the lodge  banquet 
on February 2nd for $20.00.  thereafter the cost is $30.00.
 
*monday, January 28th is your last opportunity to save $20.00 by  registering 
for the five lodge events on the universal registration form.  
 
*the lodge needs a medical form.
 
*the lodge needs all of the information about you that is asked for on the  
universal registration form.  even if you aren't using this form for  
registration for the banquet, fill one out and submit it.  in addition,  please include 
somewhere on this form the dates of your election, ordeal,  brotherhood, and 
vigil honors (yes, all of them you have), and the dates of any  other honors 
you might have received.
 
you should have paid your $7.00 dues at the fall fellowship.  if  you didn't, 
you need to do it at the banquet or at the council office.  
 
thanks to those of you who have attended training for unit elections  teams.  
be alert for messages about revised dates and places of  elections.  also, 
thanks to those of you who do cross-over ceremonies  for cub scout packs.  the 
next one is tuesday, January  29th.
 
come to the next chapter gathering on thursday, January 31st.
