[Toqua OA Chapter] Hiking Stick looking for owner

[C. Bylin]

Hi.   I am looking for my owner.  I am a hiking stick found after the GSMC camporee in October, 2006.  I am a vine twisted stick and am light tan.  I have 4 medallions on me - OA, 1973 National Jamboree, Camp Buck Tom and Philmont.   A 1/4 inch nylon rope is attached to me also.
