[Toqua OA Chapter] Katrina Service Project

Dear Arrowmen,
Rebuilding in Southern Mississippi has been slow since the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Let's do our part by aiding in the reconstruction. This service trip will be organized through Urban Life Missions Relief (ULM Relief). They will provide lodging (most likely tents) and food. The fee is 10$ a day. Our proposed stay is from Monday July 2 until Friday July 6, which would bring the total cost to 50$. For more information visit: http://www.ulmrelief.com/volunteer/index.html
Attatched to this e-mail is the release form, which I need by next Thursday, if you plan on attending. I will also have copies at Thursday's meeting if you forget. It is very very important for interested volunteers to attend next week's meeting, because we have a form that the whole group must fill out. Please respond to this e-mail if you are interested in going and also note whether you will be at next week's meeting. If you have any problems in finding the release form please contact me.
