Dear Arrowmen,

We are in the middle of a very busy time in our calender. There are many events heading our way and we need people to be at them. Firstly, Our May business meeting is this week at 7:00 at concord UMC. The items sold at the OA store will still be on sell so make sure you bring some money. Also, if you had a tab at the store this past weekend, make sure you bring money to pay the chapter back.

Secondly, This Saturday is "Everything Flies" at anchor park at 12. This event will last until three and we need both youth and adult volunteers. The next meeting will be on May 17, and we will be meeting a the Cove at 6:30 for a spring cookout and a volleyball match against crew 15. Make sure you come ready to play.

The will be a Crossover on the 21 so make sure you know if you are available that night by Thursday, we need to commit to this one. Also, there is going to be a Call-Out on May 22 to those troops interested that missed it at the camporree. We need to have a large OA attendance to make it a success. It will take place at Parkway Presbyterian Church at 8 PM.

Lastly is the Ordeals coming up on May 25-27. We need people to be serious elangomats, prepared ceremony teams, extra workers to help with the circle, and dinning hall workers. We need a large toqua attendance to make sure the ordeal will be a success.

I know its a busy time for everybody, but we need some support. If you aren't as active as most, this is a great time to start. Please join us for our business meeting on Thursday knowing which events you will be able to participate in! Thank you.

  WWW,

  Joey
