[Toqua OA Chapter] things coming up

toqua arrowmen -
 
joey's server is down, and he asked me to send this out.  i meant to  send it 
sooner, but then i got to watching the lady vols.  was that great  or what?
 
spring fellowship was good.  we did service work, came in second in  the 
quest, fielded a great pre-ordeal ceremony team (see what you can do when  you're 
focused?), cleaned the dining hall again, and it was all good.  many  of our 
chapter guys had a big part in making fellowship a success.   thanks, guys.  
i'm proud of you.
 
11:10 pm - the storm is beginning.
 
in view of the fact that this is holy week and many churches, mine  included, 
will be having services on maundy Thursday evening, there will be no  chapter 
gathering this week.  let's come back next week refreshed and ready  to plan 
out the rest of this busy season.  (i, however, will be on  vacation).
 
coming up:
 
April 12 - thursday:  chapter gathering.  
 
April 20 - 22:  conclave at camp buck toms.  lots of worker bees  needed.  
let's also plan to do one or more great ceremonies.   opportunities are 
pre-ordeal, brotherhood, and vigil, as i understand it.
 
April 23 - monday:  cross-over for pack 757 at webb lower  school.
 
April 28 - saturday:  big webelos cross-over at camp buck toms.   let's have 
a big turnout for this one.
 
may 4 - 6:  spring camporee, at camp buck toms, i think.  we need  call-out 
teams.  let's try to make them up of the guys who have been active  rather than 
let a bunch of do-littles come out of the woodwork.  
 
may 25 - 27:  first ordeal.
