[Toqua OA Chapter] Drum construction class

[C. Bylin]

Mr. Bylin will be teaching a drum construction class on Sat, March 24 from 12:30 pm to 3-4pm at Louisville Point Park in Blount county.     He will also teach drumming, singing, and dancing if there is time.  Y'all welcome to attend and learn.
