[Toqua OA Chapter] URGENT: March 9-10 Campout

Dear Arrowmen,
   
                  The were not that many people at the meeting this week, and the campout is fastly approaching.  Joseph and I have been working extremely hard to make this campout a success, and we need your input.  To make the proper preparations,  We need to know who will be attending the Campout at Camp Pellessippi.  The cost will be around 12-15 dollars, and everybody will need to bring a tent to sleep in.  We also need some help attaining cooking supplies (stoves, Skillets, ext.) and we need to know who will be driving.  PLEASE, reply by SUNDAY to this message is you can help in any way, or if you are sure you will be able to attend.  I need to have a head count to know if we are going to have enough people to attend the campout.  This weeks meeting has shown less interest than before for this campout.  If we do not have enough replies be Sunday, then I'm afraid we will cancel the campout.  If you need more information you can e-mail me or call me at 776-6234.
